All applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days of submission. Once a decision is made, you'll receive an email notification immediately. Approved accounts are activated the same day.
There is no minimum order value, order what your business needs, when it needs it.
At this stage the Okapi trade programme is open to South African registered businesses only. If you are based outside of South Africa and are interested in stocking Okapi products, please contact our trade team directly at orders@okapiknives.co.za to discuss your enquiry.
If your application is declined, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. In most cases, it's due to incomplete documentation. You are welcome to reapply with updated documents or contact our trade team directly at orders@okapiknives.co.za for guidance.
Trade accounts have access to the full Okapi range, pocket knives, bush knives, cane and machete knives, biltong knives, sheaths, and accessories.
Your Tax Compliance Status Pin is available on the SARS eFiling portal. Log in to eFiling, navigate to Tax Compliance Status, and request a new pin. The pin is typically issued instantly. If you need assistance, visit sars.gov.za or contact SARS directly.
